Мартин Янев, управляващ партньор на ACME взе участие в конференция „Future Thinking“, панел „Градовете на бъдещето“

**On 23.04, the Futures Thinking conference took place, where one of the most interesting panels was attended by the manager of the ACME company - Martin Yanev on the topic "Cities of the Future."** The discussion was held between the following participants - Martin Yanev, managing partner, ACME, Ivan Goichev, deputy mayor in the Department of "Digitalization, Innovation and Economic Development", Metropolitan Municipality, Kiril Kirilov, manager, Kalos Estates, arch. Angel Zahariev, co-founder of "A and A Architects", Prof. Dr. Desislava Petrova-Antonova, head of the scientific group "Cities of the Future", GATE Institute. The moderator of the discussion is Ivan Velkov, President of FIABCI Bulgaria, Chairman of the Board of BGFMA, and member of the Board of BSK. Martin Yanev pointed out that Europe is moving towards decentralized heating and cooling. A lot of low-temperature geothermal heating is coming into Western Europe. Good practices in energy efficiency, noise insulation, humidity, and construction process management are changing the industry and entering Bulgaria as well, albeit more slowly.

Residential building "QHome" with ACT 16 - permission to use

**We are pleased to share with you that the residential building "QHome" has been issued ACT 16.** In accordance with the terms of the Law on Territorial Development /ZUT/ for the object "Multi-family residential building "QHome" with underground garage and substation" the following was implemented: On 18.12.2023, the State Reception Commission accepted the completed external power supply and substation, as well as signed the necessary documents for issuing a permit for the use of the external connection; On 19.12.2023, the State Reception Commission accepted and signed the necessary documents for the Permit for the use of the building and the introduction and operation.
