QHOME 2 – Construction Stage (August)
The construction and installation works at QHome 2 are progressing at an intensive pace. The building is gradually taking on its final architectural appearance, while façade works, finishing activities, building installations, and the surrounding infrastructure are advancing in parallel. ----------- **Façade and Roof:** The south façade is almost entirely completed, with only the finalization of the ground-floor level remaining, scheduled for completion by the end of September 2026. On the north façade, work continues on the installation of vapor barrier tapes around the window frames and the installation of rainwater downpipes. The waterproofing of the roof and rooftop terraces has already been completed, while the routes for the air-conditioning units are being finalized. ----------- **Progress by Entrance:** At Entrance A, the plastering works on the floors are nearing completion.
