QHOME 2 – Construction Stage (May)
The degree of completion of the building is rough construction (structure, masonry, roof waterproofing), respectively signed Act Form 14 and Certificate under Art. 181 - issued by the municipal administration. SVO (building water supply diversion) and SKO (building sewage diversion) have been completed. Power and low-current electrical installations, HVAC and plumbing installations have been completed on all floor levels (excluding the basement). The main electricity meters have been installed. Joinery has been installed on all facades, except the entrance lobbies. Gypsum plasters on residential premises and lime-cement plasters on sanitary units have been installed at entrances "B" and "C". Construction scaffolding has been installed and thermal insulation is currently being performed on the southern and eastern facades of the residential building. QHOME 2 – Construction Stage (February)
**The** construction has been completed at the rough construction stage (completed structure and masonry). SVO (building water supply diversion) and SKO (building sewage diversion) have been completed. The waterproofing of the roof and open terraces on the attic floor has been completed. 75% of the area of the building's facades has been installed with joinery. The installation of the joinery continues to be completed in stages. Gypsum plasters have been applied to the walls and ceilings from the second to fourth floors for entrances "B" and "V". Finishing works are being carried out - electrical installations (power and low-current), plumbing and sewage, heating and ventilation. The same are fully ready for 75% of the individual objects (apartments) in the building. Scaffolding has been installed on the southern and eastern facades, in preparation for the implementation of the facade thermal insulation package. **It is important to note that QHome 2 is distinguished by some modern features - the energy efficiency is class A, and the apartments are designed with underfloor heating and a connection for installing a heat pump.**

QHOME 2 – Construction Stage (December)
As of early December 2025, the construction process continues actively, with several key stages already completed and additional finishing works upcoming. • The brickwork on floors 1–6 has been completed; the brickwork for the basement level is yet to be executed. • The joinery on the facades has been installed — approximately 75% of the total for the entire building. • The electrical (power and low-current), plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) installations have been completed for floors 2, 3 and 4. Installation works for floors 5, 6, 1 and the basement are upcoming, in that order. • The building’s water supply connection and sewage connection have been completed. • Thermal insulation of the roof has been executed, together with the concrete slope formation towards the drainage outlets; similar works are planned for the terraces on all floors. • Depending on favorable weather conditions, installation of the waterproofing system on the roof and the roof terrace of the 6th floor will commence. • Scaffolding has been installed along the eastern and southern façades, in preparation for the installation of downpipes and façade insulation. As of 04 December 2025, the phased application of interior gypsum and lime-cement plaster on walls and ceilings has begun. It is important to note that QHome 2 features several modern characteristics—its energy efficiency is Class A, and the apartments are designed with underfloor heating and provision for heat pump installation. -------------------
