Residential building QHOME 2
The zero cycle of the construction has been completed - representing a basement level with underground parking, storage and technical rooms. The reinforced concrete structure of the first three above-ground floors has been completed. QHOME 2 – Construction Stage (August)
The construction and installation works at QHome 2 are progressing at an intensive pace. The building is gradually taking on its final architectural appearance, while façade works, finishing activities, building installations, and the surrounding infrastructure are advancing in parallel. ----------- **Façade and Roof:** The south façade is almost entirely completed, with only the finalization of the ground-floor level remaining, scheduled for completion by the end of September 2026. On the north façade, work continues on the installation of vapor barrier tapes around the window frames and the installation of rainwater downpipes. The waterproofing of the roof and rooftop terraces has already been completed, while the routes for the air-conditioning units are being finalized. ----------- **Progress by Entrance:** At Entrance A, the plastering works on the floors are nearing completion. Once completed, the final floor screeds will be installed. At Entrance B and Entrance C, the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations, plastering, and floor screeds have been completed. The next stage is the closing of the vertical installation branches with drywall, while the installation of the entrance doors for Entrance B is scheduled for September. ---------------- **Installations and Technologies:** Alongside the finishing works, the construction and finalization of the key building systems continues. The Geothron Engineering team is working on the piping networks for air conditioning and the drainage of condensate lines to the façade rainwater downpipes. The main electrical routes in the corridors and common areas have been completed, while all three elevator shafts have been prepared for painting and the subsequent installation of the elevator equipment. ------------- **Infrastructure and Surrounding Areas**: Work is also continuing on the transformer substation, where the metal structure for the ventilation ducts and part of the required drainage works have been completed. The next stages include the concrete flooring, panel cladding, and painting in accordance with the requirements of ERM West. The construction of the fence and landscaping around the building is also progressing. A reinforced-concrete foundation with an enlarged base is being prepared, on which the openwork fence panels will be installed. A sample for the staircase railings has also been prepared. **QHome 2 – Getting Closer to Completion** As construction progresses, the concept behind QHome 2 is becoming increasingly visible. QHOME 2 – Construction Stage (May)
The degree of completion of the building is rough construction (structure, masonry, roof waterproofing), respectively signed Act Form 14 and Certificate under Art. 181 - issued by the municipal administration. SVO (building water supply diversion) and SKO (building sewage diversion) have been completed. Power and low-current electrical installations, HVAC and plumbing installations have been completed on all floor levels (excluding the basement). The main electricity meters have been installed. Joinery has been installed on all facades, except the entrance lobbies. Gypsum plasters on residential premises and lime-cement plasters on sanitary units have been installed at entrances "B" and "C". Construction scaffolding has been installed and thermal insulation is currently being performed on the southern and eastern facades of the residential building.
