QHome 2: More comfort, lower costs, higher value
When looking for a new home, choosing a building with energy class A is one of the most important decisions you will make. It is a strategic move that directly affects not only your comfort, but also your family budget and the long-term value of your investment. Since 2024, regulations have changed radically. “Class A” is no longer just a bonus, but a new legal requirement. The difference, however, lies in how this class is achieved. **What does “Class A” mean to you today?** Every new building in Bulgaria must now meet the requirements for a “Nearly Zero Energy Building” (NZEB). To meet class “A”, the law requires a minimum of 55% of the energy for heating, cooling and domestic hot water to come from renewable sources (RES). By choosing a home in QHome 2, you get all the benefits of the highest energy standard: - **Significantly lower bills:** QHome 2 is designed with a focus on energy efficiency. Thanks to modern technologies and materials, heat losses are minimal. This means noticeably lower heating and cooling costs. - **First-class comfort**: Class A buildings provide excellent insulation and constant temperature control. This guarantees warmth in winter and coolness in summer with minimal effort. - **Healthy environment**: The high standard of QHome 2 also includes high-class ventilation solutions that contribute to optimal indoor air quality. - **Higher asset value**: In the long term, buildings with a high energy class retain and increase their value better. The demand for energy-efficient homes is growing, making your home in QHome 2 a smart investment for the future. **The Smart Choice: Why is QHome 2 “future-proof”?** Many buildings on the market still rely on short-term solutions such as gasification. However, the new European directive (EPBD 2024/1275) introduces the next big step: from 1 January 2030, all new buildings in the EU must be “Zero-Emission Buildings” (ZEB). This definition explicitly requires zero carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels on site. This means that any building that relies entirely on gas risks being considered regulatory obsolete in the near future. In QHome 2, we have chosen modern, highly efficient systems powered by renewable sources. Our approach completely eliminates fossil fuels on site, providing both heating and extremely efficient cooling through a built-in heat pump and underfloor heating installation. **This makes QHome 2:** 1. Fully compliant with today's 55% RE requirements. 2. 100% ready for future European standards for "Zero Emission Buildings" after 2030. Choosing a home in QHome 2 is more than just buying a property. It is an investment in peace of mind, lower operating costs and an asset whose value will grow because it is designed to the standards of tomorrow. 🔗 Discover the available apartments in front of ACT 15 and view the project here: https://www.acme.bg/building/building-qhome-2

QHOME 2 - Construction Stage (March)
The zero cycle of the construction has been completed - representing a basement level with underground parking, storage and technical premises. From the above-ground levels of the future building, the reinforced concrete structure of the ground level has been completed, including a slab at +2.85 m, straight and reverse beams. Vertical reinforced concrete elements (columns, vertical belts, earthquake-resistant washers and elevator cores) are currently being implemented on the 2nd floor, from +2.85 m to +5.85 m. According to the construction schedule, the construction of the 2nd floor will be completed by the end of March 2025. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Do not miss the opportunity to choose a property in the **QHome 2 building with energy class A**. Your new home is designed with underfloor heating and a connection for installing a heat pump in each apartment. We offer flexible payment plans, with the possibility of financing ACT 14. **Comfort of living is guaranteed with the highest class materials that we use:** **Functional design and layouts of the apartments.** **Project by I/O Architects** Between the apartment walls are implemented with the special WIENERBERGER system for sound insulation type 12+5+8cm (Wienerberger POROTHERM 12 N+F; Stone wool - 5cm) Aluminum joinery **Reynaers Masterline 8** with triple glazing: external: 8mm 70S HT tempered PVC spacer, medium: 5mm clear PVC spacer, internal: 5.5.2 Low-E **Thyssenkrupp elevators** A heat and sound insulation pad made of XPS is laid under the screed in the rooms of the apartments. In this way, the screed and subsequent flooring on it is separated from the slab and the walls and rooms are protected from impact noise that is transmitted through hard surfaces (the reinforced concrete structure of the building).
